- 2 kiolbassa beef sausage
- 1 large potato
- 1 16oz Santitos medium salsa
Slice potato and sausage into quarters, place the sausage in a pan and the potatoes on top of the sausage. Cover and cook under medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally; add 1/4 cup of water and let steam for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and drain any excess grease and stir in medium salsa. Eat with eggs or place in tortilla for tacos. Garnish with cilantro if desired. Medium salsa recommended.
