- 3 cups pre-cooked or boiled shrimp
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh onions chopped
- 12oz cocktail sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 8 oz of Santitos Salsa Hot
Place the shrimp in a small bowl add olive oil and lemon juice and let it soak for 5 minutes
Mix all ingredients together add a cup of avacado at the end of mixing and garnish with cilantro.
Leave in fridge until you are ready to serve as an appetizer or meal. Hot salsa recommended.
